Only use professional, sulfate-free shampoo to cleanse your hair. Shampoo only twice a week.
Hot water opens your hair cuticle and allows your investment to wash down the drain. Cold water will protect your investment.
Avoid swimming and prolonged sun exposure.
Silk pillowcases can help reduce breakage and frizz.
If for some reason you need to cleanse daily, use a professional cleansing conditioner. Because these cleansers do not lather, they prevent your color from fading too quickly.
Dry shampoo is your best friend. Spray your favorite professional dry shampoo when your hair is clean. Not only will this add texture and volume, but it will help clean and deodorize throughout the week.
Avoid using excessive heat on your hair. Remember to turn down your iron’s temperature and use a heat protectant and finishing serum to keep your strands healthy.
